Here is something to give you a start :

select s.sid,
       s.username,
       t.sql_text
   from v$session s,
          v$sqltext t
 where s.sid = THE_SID_U_R_INTERESTED_IN
    and s.sql_hash_value = t.hash_value;

There is a lot more info you can glean out of this - the key is to join
either V$SESSION & V$SQLTEXT or V$SQLAREA, or in fact all of the above with
something like the HASH_VALUE/SQL_HASH_VALUE columns.
