It should be in .profile of oracle account. Entries may be like
ORACLE_HOME=/u132/app/oracle/product/8.1.6;export ORACLE_HOME
SH_LIB_PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/lib; export SH_LIB_PATH
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/ccs/lib:/usr/dt/lib:$ORACLE_HOME/lib; export
LD_LIBRARY_PATH
export ORA_NLS33=$ORACLE_HOME/ocommon/nls/admin/data
