Greetings, I like to know if there is any view or place in Oracle where we can see who has dropped an oracle user or did some other activities in the datbase. My understanding is that such auditing can be done by turning on the AUDITING. But our auditing is not on and we need to find out who has done some changes to the database. Is there any way?
