Gang:
I know this was covered before, but I just experienced a twist. I am
installing 8.1.7 on an HP1000 running HP-UX 11.0 64-bit. I forgot that
this is now a two-CD install. I got the message to mount the 2nd CD and
thought 'Arg! I remember the list discussion about this!'.
However, in desperation, I went back to the terminal window where I started
the installer, cd'ed out of the /SD_CDROM directory, and was able to
pfs_umount the CD! I ejected it, loaded CD#2, and was able to pfs_mount
it and carry on with nary a problem!
I dunno why, but it worked for me.
