All Oracle files (Binary, data, index, temp, redo, archive, tnsnames, listener,
abc, xyz) are all on the shared disk.

All application files (batch jobs, user source code) are on the shared disk.

When the node fails over, everything for that package fails over. Having 2
copies of the binary on each node  causes maintenance problems and 2 copies can
very easily go out of sync.

Only /etc/oratab, .profile, crontabs are duplicated on both machines. Everything
else has only 1 copy.
