Dear list !
I need to define all ORACLE_SIDs to be the same (let's say , OPSDB) on all
nodes of the system (OPS , Oracle 8.0.5.1.1)
I already have the SIDs defined (OPS1 & OPS2) for the 2 instances .
How can can rename them so i can have the similar entries in init.ora :
OPSCONN = (DESCRIPTION=
(ADDRESS_LIST=
(ADDRESS= (PROTOCOL=tcp) (HOST=node_1) (PORT=1526) )
(ADDRESS= (PROTOCOL=tcp) (HOST=node_2) (PORT=1526) )
)
(CONNECT_DATA=(SID=OPSDB)) )
