WebSphere EJB, ORA-08177: can't serialize access for this transaction When creating an entry in an Oracle table with a single EJB, the system works OK. When multiple EJB's are used the system reports the "ORA-08177: can't serialize access for this transaction". Even using the TRANSACTION_SERIALIZABLE setting for the EJB's, and exclusive database access and increasing the INITRANS value the problem still occurs. Am I missing something obvious because this is supposed to be an enterprise product, so it should handle concurrent access.
