Hi All, One of our databases had an instance failure over the weekend. It is 8.1.6.2 on Solaris 2.6 and is the first time it has happened (database has been pretty much trouble free for months). I have submitted a TAR and am still waiting on a response but was wondering if anyone else has seen this one??
