You can make as many trace files you like. There is a limit to size, but I
don't know any limits to frequency. If you log in and then out, the trace
file name will change with the new pid.

Even if he logs out and then back onto Oracle.
Oracle 8.1.7.2.1 on NT.
Does this make any sense?
