This functionality is available in Oracle 8.1.7 using a script called
sppurge.sql located in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin.
In Oracle 8.1.6 you will need to contact Oracle Support for
assistance. **YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING**
