The log files associated with the dbsnmp(Intelligent Agent) processes are nmiconf.log, 
dbsnmpc.log, and dbsnmpw.log.  They get written to each time the dbsnmp process is 
stopped or started.  If the Intelligent agent is being restarted a lot on that server, 
that could be one of the reasons why the files are growing more than the others.
