This looks like Legato Networker's warning messages from the "save"  command. 

This means that the DBs are open, and the fact that you don't see warnings about other 
datafiles, means that they are either not in the "save" list because are being 
backed-up separately say via RMAN,  or they are not being backed-up at all.

I would find out rather quickly which is which...

I don't think it's your backup, I think it's the database doing its
normal thing (updating controlfiles) and that happened to occur while
they were being backed up
