I'm sorry to say that it is not possible to answer since time_statistics = false and there for the time column is zero. So we know that this db has waited on (data block 335274, segment header 52,undo header 322 and undo block 419) these different thing but we don't know for how long time and therefor we don't know if it is a problem !
