Hi list,
ORACLE 7.3.4
I am looking for cursors used in an instance in
order to keep them, so I checked
bitand(KGLOBFLG,3) from x$kglob but it
is always "1" ...
I think that this result means that this cursor is
in "INVALID STATE".
am I correct ? If I'm correct, then how can it be possible that
every cursor in the
instance has this state? Please tell me what am I doing wrong here?
