Zsolt,

"message file not found errors" are typically caused
by:

*  incorrect env variable settings (especially
ORACLE_SID and ORACLE_HOME)
*  invalid setting for NLS_LANG
*  permission problems
*  improperly linked executables
  to relink just the networking components:
  cd $ORACLE_HOME/bin
  relink network
