Helmut, Since you know enough to ask if there is a data dictionary view, might I suggest you also spend some time reviewing the reference manual which contains a list of all the data dictionary views and what information they contain? just a thought, people seem to have been in a good mood this morning, no one beat on you to read the manuals for yourself.
