I've installed patch 8 on both the dev.stations as the webservers.

I had to install the patch due to a bug with Reports not generating
PDF-files correctly.

Whether you have to install the patch on all systems depends on the reason
for installing it.
If it's a purely Developer issue (e.g. Dr Watson when using a function) then
no. If you have a bug concerning the runtime, then yes.

However having said this, I would personally recommend keeping all systems
in sync. It prevents suprises like "Hey, it was running fine when I tested
it on my machine.".

You don't have to regenerate forms/reports when installing the patch. 

Regarding the iAS part : We're using IIS as a webserver. So I don't have
anything usefull to say about that.
