I believe you will need to CREATE OR REPLACE SNAPSHOT or drop and then recreate it.
Before dropping it, look at the view DBA_SNAPSHOTS for the contents of the snapshot. Secondly, you can, within SQL*Plus, type HELP SNAPSHOT, and get some syntactical help with the commands.
