I am not totally certain about this. I remember having tried it
successfully in the past, using one of those numerous undocumented
programs under $ORACLE_HOME/bin. However, I have just checked on a 8.1.7
and was unable to locate the program. Either it is no longer shipped, or
it is hidden in a dark corner.
