Use the exp utility to create a dump file of the user but use the 'rows=n' option to speed matters up. Then use the imp utility with the 'indexfile=<filename.sql>' option. Now your left with this complete script of how the schema is created. All you have to do is remove the 'REM' from the beginning of any lines concerned with creating tables.
