Does not connect, I think, because the job seats on the active job window 
with scheduled status and I checked the listener.log, and listener.trc, and 
are not showing any info about the job connecting to the database.

scheduled, but this job was created to run immediately

no, only as scheduled, and I left in purpose the job from last night, and 
it was created to run immediately
