Hi   The history for this question is incomplete but I will add this thought anyway.   When installing on AIX boxes Oracle will not install java due to license restrictions. I am not sure if your error is during installation or after. The HTTP server may not work because there was no jre or jdk in $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/. I had to put a soft link in to my /usr/jdk where I had installed java. Then everything worked.
