Yup,

It basically displays information from dba_dependencies in a tree fashion as
far as stored source code is concerned. I don't know if the original poster
wants dependency among all packages in the DB or within each package. The
former, is possible, the later is impossible unless Oracle suddenly feels
that we need to know it.
