a novice shud not ask very basic questions without doing some research, and the experts shud not insult him for the basic questions, which may not be basic for him! atleast nobody shud get cooked food, everyone shud work for it a bit!
i'd suggest the beginners to go to the discussion forum at technet, to get better and more couteous response to their queries
