1. Create a dblink to SID1 from SID2 connecting as userA@SID1. 2. On SID2 create a synonym MYPKG for the user (who wishes to execute the package) for mail_pkg@dblink created above. 3. On SID1 grant execute on package to userA (identified in step1). 4. from SID2, execute mypkg with appropriate parameters.
