If I was going to go to O'Reilly I would get the CD bookshelf. It
comes with the Nutshell in hardcopy I believe. Of course you have
to be the type that does not mind reading online (or the type that
will print out the book). Their learning book is always included
and usually quite good. It is in the Unix series.

O'Reilly Press has several, "Learning Unix" is probbly
a good place to start. "Learning to Use the VI Editor"
is probbly another good item.
