Import error from 8.1.7.2.0 to 8.0.5

Hi All,

I am trying to export a table from one Oracle db (Version 8.1.7.2.0)  and import into another Oracle db (Version 8.0.5) and I have got the following error during import-

IMP-00069: Could not convert to environment national character set's handle
IMP-00021: operating system error - error code (dec 2, hex 0x2)
IMP-00000: Import terminated unsuccessfully

Request your help/suggestion on the above.
