I got Jason Couchman's book - OCP Intro to Oracle9i: SQL Exam Guide. I like the way he has broken the book into small sections per chapter. He goes for a few pages then gives you 3-4 questions on the material. Then at the end of the chapter he gives about 15 questions. I did find some errors in the code examples, however, that detract from the quality of the book. It comes with CDROM that I haven't looked at yet.
