runlevel 6 restarts the system, in the above configuration the scripts will
be executed only if u issue "halt" (runlevel 0)
also put "shutdown immediate" or "shutdown transactional" in the proper
place in the shutdown script, otherwise just a "shutdown" will be issued
which may not be what you want
