I would say % - Where could it be ultimately, vs where it is now - turn that into a %, and explain what contributes to the less than 100% (Memory, processors, etc!) Use it to get more budget $$'s! ;)

Subject: my boss wants a report !!!
list,
the management has asked me to report the activities i do to make sure that all the DB's are in perfect health.!! Without being technical the report should somehow show the status of the DB's .
I have decided to devide the report into the following sections
- performance
how to show the performance of the DB ??? without using any stats .
- storage
occupied / available
- security
unauthorized access
- backup and recovery
status of the hot standby database.
could anyone point out some more information to include showing the "performance" of the DB ?
Regards
Rahul
