Do you have a transaction hanging on another database? Any entries in any
of the alert logs for the participants?

Hi,
We have 1 transaction hanging even if we restart the database.
there is 1 entry in table dba_2pc_pending and
2 entries in dba_2pc_neighbours.......
How to release this transaction........
