I suspect that directory changes, etc. should be the only issues you will
need to work through.  I have used UTL_FILE on both platforms and have only
had to switch directory information. 

I have not used DBMS_JOB on NT so I cannot provide value here.

We are contemplating moving our application from Unix to NT. The main things
that concerm me are where our application interfaces with the OS, via  a C
external procedure, and also via UTL_FILE. Also, can I expect DBMS_JOB to
