We have an issue with compiling PL/SQL code. The compilation gives "PLS-00201 identifier must be declared" on a certain column which exists in the table (a describe or select from the table works). An export and import of our test db made the problem go away. We had the same bug happen again in QA and again export and import set it right but we can't do this in production.
Our environment is 8.1.7 on HP-UX11. Has anyone see this bug or knows a workaround?
