Not likely.  The LINUX kernel is and always will be under the GNU Public
License (GPL)  The terms in that license are diametrically opposed to
Microsoft's business plan (something that Gates and Balmer have spent a
great deal of time contrasting).  Yes MS has used open source software
(think DNS) in NT.  But what they used is under the Berkley Distribution
License.  That is more friendly to their business plan than GPL.  I highly
doubt that MS will develop anything under GPL or using GPL in the near
future, because they do not like putting their crappy code out there for
every one to see.
