Thanks  Ivan,

But ./sqlplus does nothing. I get a couple of no msg found onthe lsnrctl and the svrmgrl.

I am testing this utility to port our monitoring scripts to run on windows.

If you could provide me with any help that will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Have you made sure that your path variable is set correctly? If I recall I was able to use all of the oracle command line tools through uwin. Please double check your .profile file and make sure that your oracle bin directory is included. Or you can check to see if it will work at all by explicitly going to the correct directory (cd /C/orant/bin or whatever) and type ./sqlplus or ./svrmgrl . This is assuming version 8 or 8i as there is no svrmgrl in 9i. HTH. Ivan

Hi Gurus,

Any body got any experience using UWIN on NT with oracle. I can't seem
to do anything like starting sqlplus, svrmgrl or lsnrctl..

Any hints/suggestions will be most welcome. I am trying out the eval of
ver2.9.

Thanks

Anjan
