Another problem in cloning database

Dear Gurus,   Another problem is after I created the controlfile with set option. The control files are created but then system datafile is told to me that it needed recovery. I have shutdown  the original databases and took copy of db files. I run recover database until cancel using backup controlfile ; but it tells me that it needs TEST2T001S02203.ARC archive log file . But there is not such a file...? How do you clone archive log mode databases ? I can not do it althogh I go step by step with the documents I find in internet. ?
