I have a buddy that works for Gartner. Says they have a deal that if you call them they will come in free of charge and look at the price you have negotiated with Oracle. They will then make a recommended price or negotiate the deal, not sure which. They get to keep 25% of the total savings. Just heard this the other day and don't have all the details but just wanted to throw it out there.
