Hi Stephane...

  I looked on metalink and saw some references to this error... And almost
all of them are on DEC Unix...

http://metalink.oracle.com/metalink/plsql/ml2_documents.showDocument?p_datab
ase_id=BUG&p_id=765763

Is a decent start... But, there are several bugs about this... The above
bug seems to suggest that the error is on the client side in how the first
row was handled...

HTH
Tim

Has anybody any clue about this, encountered on Tru64 5.x with Oracle
8.1.7 (I believe). I searched Google for it, and found Perl:DBI threads
about it, but no answer (in my case, it's caused by an OCI program).
Doesn't seem to be in message files (oerr returns nothing, neither with
8.1.7 nor 9i). Baffled.
