Try right-clicking on the icon on your desktop. Check under "properties" and see where the program is starting (it's under the "shortcut" tab). Maybe you're starting in the wrong directory.

But when I have an icon on the desktop and runs that icon as shortcut then I get error messagelike "table not exist", but it really exists and it is the same code running both times.
