Here is the corrent syntax:
restore archivelog from logseq NNNN until logseq NNNN thread 1;

You have to specify from logseq ...unt8il logseq even if you only want to
restore 1 logfile.

An easier way would be:
restore logfile all;

This will get any archivelogs in the backupset.
