List, slightly off topic but
Unix OS
I need to join lines/ words in a file.
So that it must be in a readable Oracle format.
They are seperated by a newline.
Here is a snippet of what the file looks like.
I am trying using sed but cant seem to work it out.
I could use tr but if there are multiple delete from .... ;
then problems occur with blank lines.
I would need to only do a tr in the file between "delete" and ";".
and skip the blank lines.
Not sure how to do this though.
like tr -d \\012 <FILE1 > FILE.out

Any Ideas?
