Ruth - I agree that Oracle ships the optional packs with OEM. But we were told by the sales rep that these were extra-pay options. I checked the Oracle store at http://oraclestore.oracle.com/OA_HTML/ibeCCtpSctDspRte.jsp?section=10189
For the Diagnostics Pack, it offers the following prices: Named User Perpetual $20 Processor Perpetual $1,000 I guess you would have to license it to match your Oracle licensing on each server you will be managing.
