If you haven't used any of the EE features, you should be able to just
shutdown, change the ORACLE_HOME to point to the SE installation and
then startup the database.

I would do that, having first either done a full database export (if
the database is relatively small) or a backup of the database. That
way, if there are problems, you have a point to go back to.
