A new paper by Sun BluePrints called "Drill-Down Monitoring of Database
Servers" is at

Looks good... well, until Step 5 where it talks about tuning using
Buffer Cache Hit Ratio's.  Anjo, Cary, Mogens... any comments ? ;-)
