Hi, Could someone shed some light on how v$sort_usage is populated? It is supposed to show active sorts in the database. If that is the case then I don't understand why I see the following:
1. An entry exists for a user/sort, yet according to v$session the session is NOT active. 2. Multiple entries exist for a user with the SAME session_addr. I don't understand how a session could have multiple sort segments. As always, you're feedback is appreciated.
