Gene, the order as far as memory serves is roughly: Oracle WebServer 2.x Oracle Web Server/Oracle Application Server 3.0.x Oracle Application Server 4.0.x Oracle 9i Application Server 1.0 - 1.0.2.2.2 Oracle 9i Application Server 9.0.2 (Release 2) - 13th May release date I think.
There was some confusion in the early days of 9iAS Release 2 over whether it was available and I seem to remember that we had to assure them that "Yes, Release 2 is available, honest!" before they would send it out. There's an advisory for the bug (in Apache - not Oracle's code) and a patch available. Hope this helps, Mike Hately (Oracle DBA) -----Original Message----- Sent: 18 July 2002 17:34 To: Multiple recipients of list ORACLE-L I have the cds released Feb-02. I received them 2 weeks ago. I would hate to think Oracle had extra's of the old stuff and passed it on :). Will be logging a tar.
