Maria, Unless things really changed with 11i, Oracle has never HAD an ERD for the Apps. That's one of the reasons customization is such an incredible chore. As for the data dictionary, the Technical Reference Manuals can be ordered from Oracle. Be prepared, they are hideously expensive.
