Gulam, Depending on the storage software and hardware that you have, you can implement soft mirroring which can be used to produce this on a daily basis. This works well in a SAN where you will create a soft mirror, put all tablespaces in backup mode, split the mirror, mount the mirror filesystems on the other server and recover the database.
