Zhu, The clustca issue is yet another linux bug you
have run into at this time. The OUI invokes clustca
without arguments when it should invoke clustca
-nodeinfo node1,node2,node3,node4,... Clustca
basically configures the gsd process and runs the
srvconfig and srvctl command to define the database
and instances then I believe it runs DBCA. The
workaround is just to do the configuration manually
and don't use the GUI tools. 

You can just apply those patches that fix your
problems or you can wait until Oracle puts out the
9.2.0.2 patch and that should have all the fixes
rolled into 1 patchset.
