No patches to install

Hi DBA's   i'm trying to do upgrade the 8.1.7 to 8.1.7.3 and when i start the runInstaller,  appers the message "There are no patches to install.......". I missed my orainventory. How can i do the upgrade now?   Thanks.   Adriano
